Switch type electric valve:
The role of switch type electric valve in the pipeline is mainly used for full opening or full closing, usually refers to the electric gate valve, electric stop valve, and the electric gate valve and electric stop valve are classified in the straight stroke, because the electric gate valve and electric stop valve belong to the upper and lower forced type sealing structure, the working principle is also dependent on (AC220V or AC380V) power supply. The switch is completed by running the straight stroke electric actuator to make the valve stem lift and drive the valve plate up and down to complete the valve switch.
Regulating electric valve:
The main role of the regulating electric valve on the pipeline is mainly that it can be used for adjustment and switching, usually referring to the electric butterfly valve and the electric ball valve because the electric butterfly valve and the electric ball valve belong to the Angle stroke valve, the working principle of the Angle stroke valve is (left to right Angle 90°) rotation, through (AC220V or AC380V), Power supply voltage and control signal (4~20mA or 0-10V) The internal servo controller of the electric actuator converts the current signal into the Angle stroke signal of the motor, and the motor drives the gear and the valve stem to do 0-90° partial rotation movement to achieve the Angle stroke control and adjustment function. Therefore, the electric butterfly valve and the electric ball valve can be used for adjustment, but also for switching.
The difference between switching electric valve and regulating electric valve:
The difference between the switching electric valve and the regulating electric valve is that the switching electric valve is used only for the medium on the pipeline to switch, usually fully open or fully closed. The regulating electric valve can be used not only for switching but also for regulating (4~20mA or 0-10V) signal input and output. Therefore, when selecting the type, we must pay attention to whether the on-site use requirements are switch type or regulation type.
